Return Policies:

Something din't work out for you? No problem! Simply email us at and we will send over a return label to use at no cost to you for US returns. Items will be returned for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything at You can expect the total process take about a 7-10 days depending on shipping speeds. 

  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of product shipment.
  • Approved returns will be returned for store credit only.
  • During the holiday season (Black Friday to New Years Day) the return policy will be extended to 30 days.
  • There will be no returns for final sale items, items not in original condition (tags must be attached, unworn, and unwashed), or accessories.
  • We will need your order number to  process your return.
  • Returns from international orders must be sent back at customers expense. We do not provide free shipping lables for out of the US.

Refunds for store credit will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returns. You will be notified about the status of your return within the 48 hours. If approved, you will receive a gift card through your email to Aspyn and Ivy for the refund amount.

Sale items:

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please do not try to send back final sale items. They will be returned at the customer's expense if they are sent to us.

 Shipping Policies:

Free Domestic Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. If purchased over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday), orders will be shipped on Monday.

Ship Time Varies between 5-12 Days depeding on destination.

We pay for domestic return labels. Items can either be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Aspyn and ivy is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or FedEx shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please visit one of the following pages: Fed Ex Claims Support or USPS Claims Support.     

International Shipping 

  • Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries outside of US will ship via USPS with $18 international shipping cost. Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Free Shipping is only available for orders placed within the continental United States.
  • USPS International Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you choose this option and enter a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International. Please refer to USPS international service disruptions.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees, or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
